九七鳳慶青餅

鳳慶茶廠創於1939年，前身為「雲南中國茶業股份有限公司順寧實驗茶廠」。1954年隨縣名更名為「雲南省鳳慶茶廠」，近代更名為「雲南滇紅集團股份有限公司」。

97鳳慶青餅產於鳳慶縣中部的鳳山鎮，屬雲南省瀾滄江中游，是世界茶樹的原產地之一，也是雲南海拔最高的茶區，最低海拔1472米到最高海拔2863米，多為高山大葉茶，古茶樹居多，茶質氣野、色味俱佳，受古今名士稱為普洱茶的高山茶。

此茶品茶葉碩厚細嫩，水性細膩，略帶苦甘，為正宗鳳山茶之茶性，假以時日轉化必能成為相當難得的好茶，如著名經典老茶「鳳山三傑」之首 - 50年代福祿貢茶餅，從乏人問津到漸漸成為品茗老手的最愛之一。97鳳慶青餅是標準的鳳山茶，有其一定的參考價值，是值得期待及收藏的茶品。

FengQing Tea Factory was established in 1939. Originally known as the "Yunnan China Tea Co., Ltd. Shunning Experiment Tea Factory." In 1954, it was renamed "Yunnan Fengqing Tea Factory" following the county's name change. Now, it becomes "Yunnan Dianhong Group Co., Ltd."

The 1997 FengQing Raw Tea Cake is produced in Fengshan Town, located in the central part of Fengqing County which is in the middle reaches of the Lancang River and one of the original areas for tea trees in the world. It is also the highest tea-growing region in Yunnan with elevations ranging from 1,472 to 2,863 meters and mostly consisting of high mountain large leaf.

This tea features thick and tender leaves with a delicate mouthfeel, a slight bitterness balanced with sweetness, embodying the authentic character of Fengshan tea. Given time, it will transform into a remarkably fine tea, akin to the famous classic aged tea "Fengshan Sanjie" - the 50s Fulu Gong Raw Tea Cake, which has gradually become a favorite among seasoned tea drinkers. The 1997 FengQing Raw tea Cake is a standard representation of Fengshan tea and holds significant reference value, making it a worthy collectible.
