    五十年代勐海藍印鐵餅青餅

    藍印鐵餅為上世紀50年代經典代表茶品,茶氣十足。鐵餅採用易武喬木茶菁為原料,條索粗壯緊實,實屬佳品。


    此產品採用金屬模子直接把茶菁放入壓製脫模而成,擺脫了以往用布袋包揉壓製茶葉的繁瑣工序。由於鐵餅壓得緊結,新茶膠質更易提早釋放出來,使豐富的茶膠勻齊地分佈在茶葉表面;同時因茶餅緊實,後續發酵轉變會比較緩慢,經70年以上的陳化,茶湯的回感較傳統餅型更加濃厚,氣韻更足而充滿活性。


    藍印鐵餅跟其五十年代同期之印級茶比較,茶氣相對偏強,而且茶底條索幼細、底部碎茶較多,故藍味辛濃而富霸氣,受很多收藏家之喜愛。

    1950s Menghai Blue Label Iron Raw Tea Cake

    The Blue Label Iron Raw Tea Cake is a classic representative tea product from the 1950s. It exudes a strong tea essence and it uses premium Yiwushan tree tea leaves as its raw material, making it truly a fine product.


    This product is made by directly placing the tea into a metal mold for pressing and demolding, eliminating the cumbersome process of wrapping and pressing tea leaves in cloth bags. Due to the tight compression of the iron raw tea cake, the tea's polysaccharides are released more readily, allowing the rich tea essence to be evenly distributed on the surface of the leaves. Additionally, because the tea cake is compact, the subsequent fermentation and transformation occur more slowly. After over 70 years of aging, the tea's infusion offers a richer mouthfeel compared to traditional cakes, displaying greater depth and vitality.

      

    Compared to other ‘’ label-series ‘’ teas from the same 1950s , the Blue Label Iron Raw Tea Cake has a relatively richer tea aroma. Its tea leaves are fine and there is a higher amount of powdered tea at the bottom, resulting in a bold and robust flavor that is highly favored by many collectors.
